Squirrels Corner Bed & Breakfast - Montagu

The owners were super cool and gave us the inside scoop on all the rad places to visit in Montagu. The room was chill and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved hanging out on the terrace, sipping sundowners while playing board games. The vibe was on point!

The only thing we were craving more of was a party atmosphere. It would have been epic to have some lively events or a club nearby for us party-loving teenagers.

The hotel is located in an area with several restaurant options within walking distance, making it convenient for diners. It's also centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. the breakfast is nice and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds.

Some of the furniture and décor in the room leave something to be desired, reminding you of a different era.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming, characterful home in a fantastic location. The hotel is just a block away from the downtown area, making it convenient for exploring all the main restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with an enormous bedroom and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's private garden offered lovely views of the valley and mountains, adding to the overall tranquility of the setting. The breakfast, complete with coffee or tea, was a delightful start to each day.

I recently stayed at the charming Squirrels' Corner for a few days while exploring the area. The location couldn't have been better, just a couple blocks away from the main road with its great restaurants. Mike and Anne, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat. The breakfast each morning was delicious and faultless. The room itself was cosy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The back garden was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink. I highly recommend Squirrels' Corner for a wonderful stay in Montagu.

In the heart of the city, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and gave great tips for activities in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious.

The wifi was a little weak in certain areas. The air conditioning could have been better as the rooms got quite hot during the day.

The breakfast had a nice variety and the hosts were helpful in giving information about the nearby town. It was great to have a peaceful garden to relax in, and the room was spacious.

The room decor felt outdated and dark. the bathroom was also in need of an update and the shower was in the bathtub.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the center of Montagu is perfect as it is just close to everything around, including the restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast served with a choice of coffee or tea is a great start to the day.
